Privacy Policy
Effective Date: May 30, 2026
Last Updated: May 30, 2026
Welcome to the B2B Scaler Sales Platform (accessible via b2bscaler.com and its subdomains, collectively referred to as the “Platform”). This Platform is a proprietary CRM and outbound dialing infrastructure built to manage sales pipelines, appointment setting, and communication workflows for our internal team, authorized clients, and independent contractors.
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting any personal data you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Platform, with a particular focus on data accessed via third-party integrations such as Google Workspace.
1. Information We Collect
To provide CRM, scheduling, and dialer functionalities, we collect the following types of information:
Account Information
When authorized clients or contractors are provisioned an account on our Platform, we collect account credentials, professional email addresses, phone numbers, and company profiles.
Prospect & Lead Data
We store business-to-business (B2B) lead information uploaded by our agency or clients into the CRM, including names, corporate email addresses, corporate telephone numbers, LinkedIn URLs, and professional backgrounds.
Connected Integrations (OAuth Data)
When you choose to connect third-party platforms (such as Google Workspace or HubSpot) to our Platform via our integration hub (powered by Nango), we securely store the authentication tokens (access and refresh tokens) required to synchronize data on your behalf.
2. How We Use Google Workspace Data (Google API Disclosure)
Our Platform integrates with Google APIs to synchronize your calendar events and scheduling links.
Scopes Used
We request access to specific Google Calendar scopes (e.g., https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar or https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events) to allow our Platform to:
- Automatically detect booked, rescheduled, or canceled sales meetings.
- Verify availability to prevent double-bookings.
- Push meeting logistics and video URLs directly to your calendar.
Google Limited Use Policy Compliance
Our Platform’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- No Human Reading: No human personnel at B2B Scaler reads your raw Google account data unless strictly necessary for security purposes, debugging a critical token-refresh exception, or if explicitly requested by you for technical support.
- No Advertising or Data Selling: We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, lead data, or Google Workspace data to any third-party advertising networks, data brokers, or external entities.
- No AI Training on Your Data: Data transferred from Google APIs into our Platform is used strictly for user-facing features (calendar synchronization). It is never used to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
3. Data Storage, Security, and Retention
Security Measures
We maintain local control over our self-hosted, secure Docker infrastructure. All sensitive credentials, including API keys and OAuth tokens, are encrypted and securely managed via dedicated secret management layers.
Data Retention
We retain your connected integration tokens and CRM data for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide sales optimization services to your organization. If a client connection or contractor account is deleted, all associated OAuth tokens are immediately purged from our active databases.
4. Third-Party Data Processing
We utilize a highly restricted set of infrastructure tools to manage automation loops and transaction logistics, including:
- Prefect: For managing internal pipeline state workflows and timing sequences.
- Resend: For delivering transactional alerts, “one-click” post-meeting validation forms, and sales communication. Data shared with these infrastructure components is strictly limited to the operational payload required to execute the requested action (e.g., sending an alert email to a sales rep).
5. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our operational or legal requirements. Any modifications will be posted directly to this page with an updated “Effective Date.”
